Hello! I'm Janice Lee Carter and I love to illustrate colorful and fun characters! My passion for art and animation has remained since childhood. Born and raised in Indiana, I moved to Southern California to explore the heart of the entertainment industry.

I'm a Ball State University graduate of Fine Arts & Animation. I hold skills in illustration, character design, 2D animation, graphic design, and storyboarding. My main style of choice is cartoony characters and backgrounds, however, I can work with any style!
